- The mother company – Cheer Sails Company Limited was founded in 1984 in Hong Kong.
- The Shenzhen company – Shenzhen Cheer Sails Electronics Company Limited was founded in 1995 and specialized in medical device projects, such as medical patient monitors.
- We set up the CS Bio Technology Research Institute in 1996 in Canada, which specialized in the R & D of non-invasive hemodynamic technology.
- The first self-R&D model CSM2000, multi-parameter monitor entered the market in 1998.
- We co-operated with Schippers-Med (Germany) and became its Sino sole agent of urodynamic examination system products in 1999.
- CSM3000 project trial production finished in Jan, 2001.
- Our non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring system, incorporating the American newest MIRDSAP micro-signal processing technology, the first time, was shown to many experts of International Hemodynamic Society in the U.S., won their praise and recommendation as “IHS recommended product” in Jan, 2003.
- We were certificated by ISO9001 sales and service system and honored as “consumer-trusted product” & “the Chinese Corporate Membership of UCIEAA (US-China International Exchange Advancement Association)” in 2003.
- The CSM3000 non-invasive hemodynamic monitor finally entered the China mainland market.
- The company was certificated by the ISO13485 quality system and the product CSM2000 multi-parameter monitor got the CE certificate in 2006, which brought us to international market.
